Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Merch and Gifts. Please review our shipping policy below for information on order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. This timeframe allows for sourcing, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email once your order is placed

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or seasonal operational slowdowns.

Orders placed between January 29 – March 1 may experience additional processing time due to seasonal fulfillment adjustments.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Preparation & handling: Approximately 7 business days

  • Shipping & transit: Approximately 5–7 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 12–14 business days

For certain items fulfilled through international fulfillment centers:

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 7–20 business days

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped from international fulfillment centers to ensure product availability and quality control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Seasonal volume increases

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Merch and Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
