Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit Policy

Approved standard returns will be issued store credit only, equal to the value of the returned item(s).

  • Store credit has no cash value

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Store credit may be used toward any future purchase

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once verified, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Final sale items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
